We immediately activate our internal investigation protocols

Content Moderation: Cindy employs a dedicated moderation team, supported by AI-based monitoring tools and manual review, to provide 24/7 oversight of all user-generated content, including video, chat, and images. This ensures early detection and removal of any CSAE-related content.
User Reporting: We strongly encourage users to report violations. If you encounter suspicious activity or inappropriate content, please use the in-app reporting tools. All reports are handled confidentially. Actionable reports may be rewarded to further support a safe, respectful space.
This child safety policy is regularly reviewed and updated in accordance with global legal frameworks and industry best practices.
To maintain a healthy environment:
Users may not post, share, or participate in any sexual, violent, or unlawful content
Harassment, impersonation, and abuse are strictly prohibited
Violators may face temporary or permanent bans and legal consequences
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and moderate user behavior to enforce these standards.
Cindy offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions via Google Play Billing. All transactions are securely processed by Google. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.
